Service. We will locate a shop that agrees to service the speakers within a reasonable distance of your home, or at least in the nearest metropolitan city.

Repairs will be conducted quickly, either at the factory, at a conveniently located service center, or at your home.

"Overdesign" and stress testing of components should ensure trouble free operation for many decades. If something should go wrong, however, JansZen systems are designed to be easy to service quickly and efficiently, with all components modularized and conveniently accessible.
