Delivery: Delivery is included in the price, and covers bringing them to your door, plus the muscle for carrying the speakers to where they will be used, the skill for doing the final assembly, and cooperation in making placement adjustments while you set them up.

Installation: Because Janszen technology minimizes the impact of your listening area's acoustics, you can generally attain the very best audiophile quality sound reproduction by simply putting them where you want them, rotating them five or ten degrees inward, connecting the cables, and maybe adjusting the bass de-emphasis controls to taste, with no need for a professional installer. Anyone, however, who is concerned about room resonances, equipment compatibility and hookup, or for whatever reason wishes it, can have the installation performed by a company technical representative at no extra charge.

Repairs: Repairs will be conducted at the factory or in some cases may be conducted by a factory representative at the owner's home. JansZen systems are designed to be easy to service, with all components modularized and conveniently accessible. "Overdesign" and factory stress testing of components, though, make the need for repair service very unlikely.
